Micasa, an application that helps home buyers, agents and private sellers to connect and simplify the home buying process hired me to design their iOS app. I’ve defined the visual language, mocked up prototypes and created detailed designs for all (80+) screens of the app.

Users on Micasa can easily search for properties within their area or elsewhere.

A few simple filters can ensure that the user is just viewing the listings that matching the personal criteria.

By tapping on a listing on the search view, the user gets to the detailed listing page. By swiping left or right, the user can quickly go through all available listings.

Connecting with Agents

If required, the app can connect an interested home buyer with real estate agents to make an appointment for a private viewing.

Each agent does have a profile with some basic information, such as the average rating, location, brokerage, and websites or social profiles.

Buyer Profiles
Buyer Profiles

Just as Agents, Buyers do have profiles as well. At this central control panel, they can check their upcoming home visits, access chats with agents and edit their information.

Listings
Listings

Home sellers and agents can create new listings directly within the app. Once published, they are available at a specific section for sellers.

The creators of listings can view some statistics about their listings to get a benchmark of how well the listing is doing.
